Sunday Wellness Walk Grovelands Park!

This week's Sunday May 18^th Walk will again encourage members to venture beyond Haringey, so get your Freedom Pass ready! This walk is suitable for all levels and abilities, whether you're looking for gentle exercise, fresh air, or just a relaxing way to spend your Sunday. Grovelands Park offers a beautiful blend of open green spaces, woodlands, and a tranquil lake, making it a perfect spot to unwind and connect with nature. It’s a great way to lift your mood, get moving, and meet others in a friendly, welcoming group, so come along!

We will meet at Wood Green tube station at 11.30 heading to Southgate. From there we'll walk to explore the lovely Grovelands Park, set between Southgate and Winchmore Hill. 

Meeting Time: 11:30 AM (please arrive on time!)

Duration: Approximately 2, depending in the group’s energy and  breaks to explore Grovelands Park

• Via the Underground with the Picadilly Line.
• Bus 29 (between Trafalgar Square and Wood Green Station, passing through areas like Camden Town, Holloway, and Finsbury Park)

• Bus 144 (connects Edmonton Green to Muswell Hill, passing through Wood Green)
