Manor House Station, London N4 1JJ
Sunday 10th August, 2025 - 11:30 to 13:30

About this event

We warmly invite you to join us for our next walk this Sunday 10th August 2025, set in the beautiful surroundings of Finsbury Park and the Parkland Walk. This walk offers a wonderful opportunity to spend time outdoors, enjoy the company of others, and take in the peaceful green spaces of North London. Plus. the weather is expected to be pleasant and dry, making it an ideal day for a relaxed stroll or a more energetic walk, depending on your preference.

We are continuing with the same structure as last week:

  • Amblers and Strollers will enjoy a gentle 3–5k walk, making 1 or 2 laps around Finsbury Park (taking approx. 1 to 1.5 hours)
  • Striders will head up Parkland Walk for a brisker pace and then meet back with the Amblers at the park.

This makes it accessible and enjoyable for everyone, regardless of your preferred pace, more details below!

Walk Options (all groups will reconnect and finish together around 1:30 PM)

  • Amblers and Strollers: A gentle 3–5 km walk, making 1 or 2 laps around Finsbury Park, taking approximately 1 to 1.5 hours at a relaxed pace.
  • Striders: A brisker walk along Parkland Walk, returning to meet the Amblers at the café in Finsbury Park around the same time they finish their walk.
  • Meeting Point: Manor House Station (Piccadilly Line) at 11:30 AM sharp.
Meet outside the main exit of Manor House Station (Piccadilly Line) at the junction of Seven Sisters Road and Green Lanes. The group will assemble by the red post box adjacent to The Castle Climbing Centre's distinctive tower, positioned near the bicycle racks immediately outside the ticket barriers.
