Stiffness, aches and discomfort do not have to be an inevitable part of ageing. Many of the everyday habits we develop, such as walking with our heads down, can place unnecessary strain on the body. The good news is that these habits can be changed.
This gentle and practical technique has already helped thousands of people who experience back, neck, hip and shoulder discomfort. We are very pleased that local qualified practitioner Tanya will be offering a limited number of sessions especially for Haringey Circle members.
